Our Product

Background

In cities with well-developed water systems, underground drainage pipelines are usually in high water levels. Maintenance of these pipelines require divers to operate underwater. However, the fast-flowing sewage and high concentrations of toxic gases inside the wells often lead to frequent safety accidents. To address this, we have developed an unmanned underwater sonar detection system, aiming to reduce accidents and to efficiently locate issues within the wells.

Our Strength

Underwater Detection

The existing pipeline periscope, QV, can only observe and detect the conditions above the water surface in inspection wells and pipelines, failing to identify the conditions of pipe connections below the water surface.

We innovatively selected the latest 2D imaging sonar to explore defects and issues in urban drainage networks that traditional QV technology cannot do.

No Divers, No Safety Risks

When facing construction measures such as blocking, diversion, and pumping, municipal divers need to go into the well for operations, manually probing, blocking airbags, and pumping water from the well. This not only poses high safety risks and takes a long time but also leads to pipe leakage in large wells or eccentric well conditions.

To solve the problem, our imaging sonar replaced the drivers. Now workers can safely control the sonar on land.

More Accurate Results

Our sonar has a high resolution, high frequency, and long detection range. Not only can it detect underwater conditions, but it can also track targets within the field of view, determine the size and shape of targets, and measure the position of the target relative to the transducer in real-time. Which is more accurate than both divers’ naked eyes and traditional QV technology.

AquaSpectra Explorer

High-resolution, Long-range Sonar

The sonar is specifically designed for underwater operations and is unaffected by water turbidity and flow velocity.

High Integration System

We have integrated high-precision optical and acoustic systems, which fill the technical gap in underwater rapid inspection methods before pipeline inspection, blockage diversion, and construction repairs.

Automatic Control

The main unit can automatically control pitch and roll, switching between horizontal and vertical states to meet the needs of different detection conditions.

AquaSpectra also contains highly advanced software with can generate information like pipeline depth, diameter, velocity of water flow, etc. are then displayed on the software interface.
